I had high hopes for a romantic stay in the Balcony Suite, but unfortunately, it fell short due to several disappointments. The Neve Tzedek neighborhood was lovely and vibrant, but the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance overshadowed my experience. Although I appreciated the boutique touches, the overall service and condition of the room left much to be desired. 😞

Staying at Nina Cafe Hotel Suites was quite an experience. the location in the charming Neve Tzedek neighborhood had its appeal, but I encountered significant issues. My expectations for a boutique hotel were not met, particularly in terms of service and room condition, which left me very disappointed.

My stay at Nina Cafe Hotel Suites was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the charming old neighborhood, but unfortunately, the accommodations were a bit worn out. I encountered several issues with check-in and amenities that detracted from the overall comfort of my visit.
Rooms

The space was large and had a hint of antique charm, but it felt quite dated and untidy. I had trouble with inadequate linen and the water pressure in the shower was quite disappointing.
Service
5.0
I did find the manager to be friendly and willing to help. However, the service staff seemed unaware of the fundamental principles of customer service, which made certain situations frustrating.
Location

The hotel is situated in the best neighborhood in Tel Aviv, just a short walk to the best beach. The area itself is lively and filled with character.
Dining

I enjoyed their breakfast and coffee, which were decent. The ambiance had a nice cozy feel, although it was a bit overshadowed by the construction happening nearby.
Facilities

The overall facilities seemed to be in need of maintenance. There were disruptive construction works across the street, which affected the tranquility I expected.
